Malory's Le Morte DArthur addresses the question of knighthood.   What was the ideal knight like?  What values should he embrace?  Yet Malory himself lived in a world where knighthood was far from this ideal. 

What you will be doing with this assignment is exploring Malory's England.  Each group is responsible for creating one page that explores some facet of 15th century England.  Each page should include an explanation of the topic that is supported with good scholarly sources, and should be supplemented by images from the 15th century to illustrate.  These can be images of actual 15th century artifacts, (15th century armor from a museum site for example), images from stained glass windows, illuminations from manuscripts, etc..  If you can think of other clever things to include, such as music, feel free to do so.

This is the first part of your final project which you will complete as a group.  The second portion of the final project should be completed individually.
